REFUND POLICY

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with.

To return your goods, please contact KUT London at kutlondon@gmail.com to let us know that you are returning your purchase. Please return items to KUT London, 3 Firs Avenue, London SW14 7NZ  in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition, and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.  Items must be returned with all bar-code tags and labels intact. We strongly recommend you have a proof of postage or tracking reference for your return.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products.
